The Town of Brunswick has engaged Vision Government Solutions, Inc. (Real Estate) and KRT Appraisal (Business Personal Property) to perform a town-wide property revaluation.
The purpose of the revaluation is to reconcile property assessments to their full and fair market value as of April 1, 2025. New values will be reflected on property tax bills in the Fall of 2025. Please visit the Town's revaluation webpage to learn more about this process.
