Mission/Purpose
Annually, MRRA will submit its request for TIF funds to the Town in the form of a letter to the Town Manager, outlining the intended uses and anticipated costs. Within ninety (90) days from receiving the request from MRRA, the TIF Committee will meet to review MRRA’s request and make a recommendation to the Town Council. Within ninety (90) days from receiving the TIF Committee’s recommendation, the Town Council will take action on MRRA’s request for payment of TIF revenues.
